About the Artist
Bill Hopkins (Willie T.) is a self taught old jarhead that enjoys putting the pencil to a page. Bill brings out the best of your pet from a picture you have selected. If you have more than one picture...letting Bill choose the one he feels "works" usually returns the best results.
Your portrait will be delivered ASAP but be sure to allow a possible 4-6 weeks for delivery when ordering. Bill is sometimes overrun with orders so please be patient. Think of it like a fine wine, the wait returns a better product.
